This residence was designed as an in-kind replacement for a home lost in the 2018 Woolsey Fire. By maintaining the original structure’s footprint and massing, we leveraged an expedited permitting process to streamline project approval.
The new design reimagines the home with a sleek contemporary aesthetic, incorporating modern materials and detailing that prioritize enhanced fire resistance and durability. This thoughtful approach ensures the residence is both beautiful and resilient, offering renewed comfort and security to its owners.
